Good morning 👋

Here’s what needs your attention. You don’t need to manage the system — just tell us what happened.

Ask

🔒 Private to you

Your own assistant. Ask in your own words about work, people, tours and sightings — or ask it to create or update a task. Only you can see this conversation. Type or use the mic.

Field

Start your tour, log what you see, and check who’s out now. Works without signal — it syncs later.

Work

Everything you need to get done, with the conversation kept alongside it.

Admin & settings

Manage who can use the app and what field teams can log. Changes flow through the whole app instantly — new members become assignable, new options appear in Field.

Reports & analytics

See how work, field logs and tours are trending across the whole team. Filter, then export any report to CSV.

Every wildlife sighting, mapped where it was seen — so you can spot which ground actually delivers the best game viewing, not just which route gets driven most.

Breakdown

Most routes taken

Tours are grouped by how closely their recorded GPS tracks actually overlap — not just by name — so the same run under two different names still counts as one route.

Log entry options

The categories field teams can capture on a trip. Add your own — they show up as chips in Field right away.

Task groups / locations

The sites the Tasks board separates by — lodges, Head Office, and any you add.

Roles & access

Departments and locations decide what people see. At a location with departments (e.g. Nantwich Lodge) people see their own department(s)' work; its Management department sees all of that location. Elsewhere people see their location's work. Everyone also sees anything they created or that's assigned to them. Head Office, the MD and Admins see everything. Tours and field logs are seen by the departments set up for them (Guides, Reservations, Management; Social Media sees wildlife sightings). Alerts go to whoever created a task and whoever it's assigned to; new work with nobody assigned goes to that department's managers; hazards go to Head Office and the location's management.

Ask history

Only affects this device — clears your saved conversation with the Ask assistant so it starts fresh. Doesn't touch any tasks, tours, field logs, or anyone else's data.

The Hub

Everything the assistant can see — nothing else. You decide what goes in.

Read vs. track. Documents, reports and calendars are read-only reference. Live task status, assignments and field logs are tracked in-app — the one place work is worked.
